Manager access to your Google Business Profile, which you grant from the profile itself and can revoke at any time. We never need your Google account password, and we never ask for it.

How long does it take?

Seven to ten working days for the optimisation itself. Google usually reflects category and information changes within a few days, though some edits go through a review process on their side that we cannot speed up.

Will this get me into the Map Pack?

It removes the reasons you would be excluded and gives you the strongest profile we can build. Whether you rank in the top three depends on how many established competitors are ahead of you and how close the searcher is to you — nobody can promise a position, and anyone who does is not being straight with you.

Do you buy or arrange reviews?

No. Buying, incentivising or fabricating reviews breaches Google's policy and gets profiles suspended — which costs far more than the reviews were ever worth. We set up a request flow so you can ask real customers properly, and we write responses to the reviews you already have.

Everything here is done by our SEO team on your profile. You approve access once, we do the work, and you get a before-and-after record of every change.

01Categories, first — they decide which searches you are eligible for at all. Your primary category is the biggest single lever on a Business Profile, and most profiles pick one at signup and never revisit it. We check what the businesses ranking above you use, choose yours against that, and add secondary categories that widen your reach without diluting the main one.

02Services, products and attributes. Every service written out with descriptions instead of left as bare category defaults. Attributes matter more than they look — wheelchair access, women-led, online appointments and the rest are filter options in Maps, and an unticked box means you are invisible to anyone who filters on it.

03NAP consistency. Name, address and phone checked against what already exists across the web. Conflicting versions of your address are a common and quiet reason a profile underperforms, because Google ends up trusting none of them.

04Photos, posts and Q&A. Correctly typed photos — exterior, interior, team, work — not a dump into one folder. A Google Posts cadence so the profile reads as maintained rather than abandoned. And a seeded Q&A, because if you leave those questions Google lets strangers answer them.

05Reviews, handled properly. A request flow you can run after each job, plus written responses to existing reviews including the negative ones. We do not buy reviews and we do not write fake ones — that is a suspension risk and against Google's terms. We make asking easy and make your replies read like a business worth choosing.

06Measurement, from Google's own numbers. The profile reports views, searches, calls and direction requests. We record where those sat before we started and report them again after, so the work is judged on Google's figures rather than ours.

Categories and services

The single most common reason a profile underperforms. Your primary category is the strongest relevance signal Google has, and most businesses pick one that describes what they call themselves rather than what customers search for. We check what the businesses currently ranking use, set your primary correctly, add the secondary categories that genuinely apply, and fill out the services list underneath them.

NAP consistency

Your name, address and phone number have to match across your profile, your website and every listing that mentions you. Google reads inconsistency as uncertainty about whether you are one business or several. We audit where you appear, list every mismatch we find, and correct what we can reach.

Photos, posts and Q&A

A profile with no recent activity looks dormant. We set up the photo categories Google expects, publish posts on a schedule, and seed the Q&A section with the questions customers genuinely ask — because if you leave it empty, anyone can answer on your behalf, and sometimes a competitor does.
