What we collect
Name, email, phone, target URLs, target keywords, and any notes you submit at checkout. Plus payment metadata. We do NOT store your card number — Cashfree handles that.
02
Why we collect it
To deliver the SEO services you ordered, to communicate order status, and to issue invoices.
03
Who we share it with
Our editorial and outreach team uses only your target URL, keywords, and brief notes to execute the campaign. Your contact details are never shared outside Pramila Business Solutions, the operating entity behind Backlinkcart. Cashfree processes payments. Resend delivers transactional emails. Anthropic processes the text of chat messages and of request forms to write our automated replies; from a form we send it only what you wrote about your site and goals, never your name or email address. The analytics providers listed under “Cookies and analytics” also receive data about how you use the site.
04
How long we keep it
Order records for 7 years (Indian tax compliance). Marketing emails until you unsubscribe.
05
Your rights
Email privacy@backlinkcart.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
06
Cookies and analytics
Signing in uses a session cookie. To understand how the site is used and which ads lead to orders, we also run Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see where a page confuses people and fix it. It masks what you type into forms and chat, and never shows the contents of your account, order, invoice or report pages. Most of these tools use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. How Microsoft collects and uses Clarity data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
07
Data controller
The data controller for backlinkcart.com is Pramila Business Solutions. Data subject requests (access, correction, deletion) are handled by emailing privacy@backlinkcart.com.
